Today’s era is all about fashion and social media, which may lead some of us to a fake living. A living that depends upon a fake smile that makes us forget about the real moments of happiness. It is the first step of losing control over yourself as well as sharing your identity with strangers. Sharing identity with others means giving them the right to control you and your thoughts. This world is so cruel and full of bad and judgy people, if you let them handle you they will crush you and you will never be able to reconnect to yourself.
Self-love is important and your feelings should always be your first priority. Never let anyone tell you what to do or when to do, this thing affects your thinking capabilities, emotions, feelings, and mental peace.


Now there comes a question about how to deal with mental health issues.

Life is not easy nor short, every second of this life is really difficult and painful. All humans have different ways to deal with their anxieties, health, and peace.
Some can bear it but some can’t.
Some can talk about it but some can’t.
Be kind to everyone around you because you never know what other person is going through.

Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always’

Your mental illness is not your failure, it is about giving yourself a chance and hope. Hope to change, a hope to be a good person, and a hope to be yourself. Nothing is more terrifying than battling with your mind every single day and making yourself believe that you’re ok while you are not.

There are many types of negativities living within you that you need to change, nobody can change it for you.

First of all, there is nothing like perfectionism, sometimes trying to achieve something unattainable will only result in you feeling ‘less than’. You need to let things go. Second, you need to control your judgments over yourself and others because I think when we are judgmental, we are only focusing on the negative qualities in ourselves and others. Third, never doubt your abilities. Self-doubt is a weed that takes over your life if you don’t kill it at the root, first it takes away your peace and then your health. Fourth, never lose hope in anything because if you never think things will be better, they won’t be. Fifth, stop worrying about stuff, worrying changes nothing except your health and mental state. Last but not the least, never try to control everything because you can’t control everything and when you try to you inevitably fail and you will only blame yourself.
A little note to self;

Admiring others is good but to a limit; try to be the best version of yourself’.

Most importantly sometimes;
It’s okay to feel unstable.
It’s okay to disassociate.
It’s okay to hide from the world.
It’s okay to need help.
It’s okay to not be okay.
It’s okay to make mistakes.
It’s okay to be yourself.
